RSS (Really Simple Syndication) allows you to receive the latest news and information from a website without having to revisit the website and check for updates.

What do I need to view a RSS feed?

Web browsers such as Internet Explorer (7 or above), Firefox and Safari already have the capability to view RSS feeds. Alternatively, there are a number of RSS readers which you can download and install on your computer. Make sure to choose one that suits you and your computer system.

How do I subscribe to a RSS feed?

I already have a compatible internet browser e.g. Internet Explorer (7 or above), Firefox or Safari. 

Click on the RSS link above that you want to subscribe to and follow the instructions.

I have installed a RSS reader.

Right-click on the RSS link above that you want to subscribe to and choose "Copy shortcut". Use the "Add new feed" (or similar) function and paste the URL into the reader by following the instructions.

How often are your RSS feeds updated?

Each feed is updated as soon as the information is published to the website.
